Knives & Other Weapons Most people that carry concealed also carry a knife or other weapon as a backup. Finding a good blade is often harder than finding a good pistol or revolver.

Spare mags and a Surefire, and most of the time a BUG.

The idea of keeping permits/id in a different card holder than my wallet is brilliant. Keep the junk crap in my wallet so I can use it as a throwdown, and the good stuff in a card holder. Don't know why but that seems like a revaltion to me today!

Yeah, I just found a double window wallet at Wal-Mart. I keep my driver's license in the outside window, and my CCL in the inside window. Also, SS Card, Insurance, and Debit Card in the innermost slot. Cash in pocket (not that there's a lot of THAT! )

Always:
In addition to pistol and 2 spare mags:

-2 Waved Enduras
-Surefire E2D
-Either a Goldsworthy Shadowdancer (small "reverse edge" fixed blade) or a CRKT Companion (4" DE fixed-blade)

Sometimes:
-Either OC, ASP Baton, or Flat Sap (1 of the 3, not all 3) depending on what I'm wearing and whether I'm working or not.

Switchblades are legal Where you live? I've got 2 but they can't be carried in Fl.
I have thought it was. In an attempt to prove this to you I have been looking for laws to back up my argument, but have been unable to find any.

I will officially stop carrying it.

Any suggestions on a new knife?

I'd say any assisted opener would be fine. Unwilling (and unable, I'm saving for my first pistol) to spend the almost $200 for a good benchmade griptilian, I found myself a Buck Bones. Its stong, durable, thin, and cheap.
