They took a long time on a magazine I ordered and had to call them. (then it came right away). If you see the knife somewhere else, I think the service will be better.

Personally I prefer Microtech... the two I have are just sexy.. although I did nearly put one through my hand..

Could have bought a couple of nice guns for the same price.. but I needed a good knife and after doing some research I found what I wanted.. then I cut myself.

I purchased a Spyderco Police for $79.99 from them. I picked it up at their local store. I have purchased several items from them over the years. I've never had a problem with their service or product knowledge. I have learned that they have things at the stores which are not listed on the web page. On the web, if you go under knives, you have to put spyderco in the search to pull up the inventory. It won't pull up under the knives menu. Hope this helps.
