No Frank, the OEM holster/harness attachments do not support horizontal carry.
I have both my TDI and the large size in hand right now and it's not going to work. There are though others that sell specialized custom holsters for this for purchase online. Run some queries via your favorite search engine for more info to that end. - Janq

As I'd noted, that's a custom holder not made or offered by Kabar that can be had via third party channels. ^^
IIRC there are two others making similar custom rigs for the TDI in specific. The OEM holsters though do not support horizontal mounting so a custom one would be an additional and secondary cost point. - Janq
