I have two 3" assisted openers I can personally recommend. One is the Kershaw Leek and the other is the CRKT Mini My Tighe. I have really used both of them hard and both have performed well.

This may not be legal in your state but I just baught a full auto Boker AK tanto blade for about $42 from Blade HQ - Benchmade Knives, Microtech Knives, Protech Knives, Kershaw Knives, SOG Knives, Switchblade Knives, Automatic Knives, Spring Assist Knives, Butterfly Knives, Military Knives, Law Enforcement Knives, Collectible Knives a very good website a positive transaction. Nevada law says only LEO, firefighters, Military can have auto blades "switchblades".
