Knives & Other Weapons Most people that carry concealed also carry a knife or other weapon as a backup. Finding a good blade is often harder than finding a good pistol or revolver.

A new tool coming my way

Well,

After doing a lot of reading in this forum, online, etc I finally decided on a defensive folder for me to carry everyday. I can't carry a firearm at work (they frown on that at nuke plants) so I needed to find a good knife.

I went with a Benchmade 635 Mini-Skirmish, and I am looking forward to its arrival. I will post a review when it shows up.

Nice choice, it'll make you a 'cut' above the rest...

Special Note: Thanks for all the dirtbag news info......you find quite a bit!

If you carry in Condition 3, you have two empty chambers. One in the weapon...the other between your ears.

Outstanding choice! I don't own anything in S30V so I'm looking forward to hearing how you like it!

My Spyderco P'Kal is s30v...so far I'm impressed, it takes a wicked edge.

Sigh. I finally get a little sanity in my craving for firearms and I make the mistake of checking out the knife forum. Not fair.
