Orders cease Friday, might be a few stragglers over the weekend (paydays an all). They for sure end Sunday at midnight (going into Monday). Order now while you can. |

Would like two
This will be a first for me buying a "gun" on the internet but can't pass on the price. Can I pay with a card at your sight and if I do when will the charge go through?

This is a great deal and you can put a great rifle together with a kit for around $600.00 a little more or less depending on options you want

The kits will be from Del-Ton, Inc. A complete line of AR-15 Rifles, AR 15 Parts and AR15 Accessories.. I just got my dealer account setup with them and will check on pricing.

I think when you pick it up at your ffl you have him designate irt as a pistol on the 4473 but i might be wrong

No, the 4473 doesn't change the status of a frame. It depends on how it was logged into the manufacturer's log book. If it was listed as a pistol frame, it will always be a pistol frame. If it was a rifle frame and you made it into a pistol, you committed a felony unless you filed a Form 1 and paid the $200 tax for making a SBR. A gray area is you can get a factory letter stating that this particular receiver never had a shoulder stock attached and then it's legal, but this area hasn't been hashed out in the courts. |

If it's not too late, put me down for 1.
Do I need to confirm this on your site or just mail you a check? |
