Licensed Construction contractor, but I don't really do that. I am a "handyman" for the wealthy here in town along with doing regular maintanance on commercial buildings that my wife manages with her property managment company. I do everything to a building that that can be done, short of shingle roofing (don't like to do it)
Locksmith (self taught), commercial painter (self taught), Carpet cleaner (20yrs), apprentice plumber, thinking about getting a CDL, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Still don't know what I wanna do even now that I am grown up. |

My best students are those on probation. It really helps to motivate them when they realize that I KNOW what to do if they cut up or don't perform.  Nothing like a weekend in JAIL to straighten out a kid's attitude!
