Another source of info you may find useful is at The Pennsylvania Firearms Owners Association web site.
DanP who runs the whole thing, and a forum, has put in an immense amount of work and is still trying to fill some gaps in county by county info, but the site has expanded quite a lot overall. It is well worth bookmarking anyways as at very least - another source of possible info.
