OK, how about May 19 or May 26, both are Saturdays. If we are talking only about lunch, how does Vero Beach sound? That is probably no more then a couple of hours from most of us. If Vero does not sound good, then can anyone come up with an alternative that would be about midway between the Orlando area and say West Palm Beach?

If we want to shoot and have lunch, I don't personally know of any ranges that would be at the midway point. Anyone else have a suggestion?

For this first get together though, I am happy to just meet for lunch so we can begin to put faces to familiar names from the Forum.

May 19 or 26 is fine...(isn't May 26th Memorial Day weekend?...lots of traffic?
But Vero Beach is quite a ways from Newberry...
According to my map. Kissimmee would be about 160 miles from Newberry, and about 170 miles from West Palm. Just lunch would be fine for the first time we can get a group together.

So because of the traffic, the 19th of May may be better...but what is in Kissimmee that would be a good place for a lunch for a group...
And who else could show up?

Let's try this day and city for a group lunch...
If we can get a few people together for this, then we can try contacting a few more of the CC Forum members...

Now where in Kissimmee would be a good place to meet...and who would be willing to meet on May 19th for an early afternoon lunch? It would be great to put a face with a handle...

If we can agree with at least four people, we could start a new thread and see how many more would show up...

I agree that May 19 would be better and Kissimmee is fine with me for a lunch meet. Unfortunately, I know nothing about what restaurants would be suitable for us. I wonder if any member of the Forum lives nearby and could check it out.

We might get a better response if we start a new thread with this proposed meet as the topic and see what response we get. Would you mind starting the thread?
