I belong to York & Adams Game and Fish Assoc. in Abbottstown, but that's primarily for skeet and rifle shooting. I am looking for a nice range to join for practical handgun shooting, and am planning to visit West Shore Sportsman's Assoc soon. I hear that's a very nice club.

I am the club secretary (or at least I will be after tomorrows election). The site pictures are 3 or 4 years old, but fairly accurate. The berms are twice as high now. We are also starting Bowling Pin Shoots this year. My favorite are the action shoots, sort of like IDPA but not timed and not competition. It is a tactical shooting club. Two 180* pistol bays and a one hundred yard rifle range.

PM me if you would like more info. It takes about 40 to 50 minutes for me to get there from York. The map on the site is horrible, but with the address, you can use yahoo maps to see how long they estimate from your location.

I'm in central PA, right near state college. good friends with Justin M. if any of you guys wanna shoot if you're in central pa just shoot me a PM. I have a really nice setup for handguns and tactical type carbine shooting(as long as its not hunting season).

I just turned 22 and have been carrying for just about a year... didn't wast any time taking advantage of Denny Nau's shall issue on the spot policy.

Yeah, Zach's range is AWESOME! You can shoot 360 degrees, no houses for miles, it's perfect. I'd also like to mention that Zach has an air cannon and we can break the sound barrier with when we shoot a 20oz pop bottle filled with rocks out of it.
