the last tulsa gun show

ok folks the world's largest gun show is this weekend .

this could possibly be the last . ok maybe the cheapest .

tulsa city is taking over the county held fairgrounds this year , meaning the sales tax just went from 5 to 9 % . the leases also have gone up forcing the local amusement park, a local landmark, to start dismantleling the rides this week .

i don't know of another local facility capable of holding the amount of vendors this show attracts .

just another instance where goverment shoots itself in the foot . pun intended

anyway come enjoy what is concidered the premiere gun show , second only to the paris arms show .

pretty good show ,bought myself nine titles on ccw and handgun training .
including two for women .
maybe i can get my prettier half to carry .

there were 3(that i saw) different leather vendors that had good looking "modern" leather and a large selection, as always the cowboy leather was prolific and of amazing quality . if i lived in an open carry state it would be hard not to carry 6 shooters and at least a pair of em' .lol

i saw alot of kansas tags there ,glad some of you braved the okieside to attend . lol

there was a browning long gun display and collection that was outstanding .

hope you got to make the trip it was definitely crowded this year ,i talked to some dealer buddies , and they said the prices went up the next show but not as bad as expected so at least they are having another show . how good of one will remain to be seen .
