PA - the SW Quadrant, plus
Guys ... Jamie Young made the useful suggestion that we could fine down regions of PA a bit more .... so, this thread is only for those who might approximate the ''SW quadrant''.
Very loosely, let us say - limited to East by Fulton County and Huntingdon ........ to North by Blair, Cambria, Indiana, Armstrong, Allegheny.... and then all counties within this region - including extreme East OH counties perhaps, and portions of MD and WV which also lie real close. If you are essentially within this capture area let us know - and over time it might help with any shoots/events that get organized.
