I've spent the last 15 years involved in the DOE weapons complex. That has meant a SERIOUS cleaning of the car after each trip to the range. (In one case, a .44mag shell had fallen into a box of golf tees. I didn't find it...the dog did. The dog handler just tossed it into a trash can and drove on. I literally dodged that bullet!) Now, I still hold a badge and manage work @Savannah River, Oak Ridge, INEL, and Hanford.

Fortunately, my house is between the office and the Site, so I can stop by the house if I have an unplanned trip to the Site on a given day.
Given the pain of transporting on airplanes and trips to other Sites, my actual carry time gets limited. Add to that, only TN has reciprocity so I couldn't carry at most of the other Sites I visit. A local instructor has added UT training to his list of classes. That would allow me to pick up reciprocity with several of the western states I visit, but I would still be leaving one of my babies in the hotel....

There Chooie! Did that over answer your question?
