Simple...cost of long term ownership. The 9mm had cheaper ammo (considereably more if you should alot) and many more choices of ammo were the primary reason. There may be a lot of debate about stopping power of 9 vs 40, but a 9mm will do the job. Get the G26 and some tried and true ammo and do not look back. I like to practice, and the 9mm makes that affordable.
Oh, I still want the car!
