It is a gun show, lots of good, some not so good. One guy I know will be there: Kelly Kyle. His banner is either "Kelly's Guns" or "Kyle Armament". Great guy to deal with, and a great table. He had a PSG-1, nickle Ithaca Stakeout 14", excellent condition Hi Standard with original box, etc., last time I saw him. Robert Cox said "Hi!", if you see him. (He'll only charge you an extra 30%, when he hears that! Just kidding!)

Hi guys!!! On hotel puter - quick check in.

Others have all gone on way home - Bonnie and I still here in Tulsa and wondering how long it'll take to get home on this standby thing.

Right now we are stopping over one more night and leave tomorrow real early and get back to Denver with luck. Then big question-mark - can we get flight back to DC!!

Show was great - huge and hot! Got a 29-3 - guilt is nibbling!

We'll see how travel goes - and hope for best. So - will catch up properly once we somehow get home, sometime this week!!!. Meantime, ya'll behave now!!

Chris and Bonnie's trip home should be painless. Spring Break is over and so is the weekend. We had a great time and some great company and food. Thanks to Chris for his patience in trying to meet some other forum members (PS, Bonnie is more of a sweetheart than Chris has ever let on).

I learned a lot from sm and Chris and came home with a sweet little Stevens Favorite, a gun I have wanted for over 30 years. And, on closer inspection, I got a better deal than I thought.

The main objective I had hoped for was to meet Chris and Bonnie and that happened, so the show was a success!

Larry - right back at you my friend.

It was a delight to meet you and Sandy - not to mention of course seeing Steve, Sarah Jeremy and - our little star in the making.... darling Sadie - oh and the other folks too needless to say.

Right now 283 emails are downloading so I have mega catch up on the cards.!!

Our flights today were A1+ - superb day's travel. We got up at 5.00 and got shuttled to airport to catch early flight - that went good then managed to get quick connect leaving Denver 8.45 - so back to DC our time 2.00pm. Home here by 7.00 with stop to eat on way back.

I'll write up the whole deal sometime later but soon for everyone when I have time, and once the M29 is in my sticky hands will take and post a pic. Can't wait to get that home.

I was sorry not to have managed a hook up with more folks from here.

Too bad I couldn't make it. Glad everyone had a good time though.

The Friday before hand had me spending a decent chunk of my gun show money on a very minty, least in the action part, M-44 M-N carbine with all matching numbers.

Yep - sorry not to have seen you Ed - in fact it seemed pretty hard to meet up with many folks after all. My phone seemed to be acting up on roaming too which was hardly helpful.

I did catch a few on cell about as we left show but I think these things are always difficult when it comes to hook-ups. If I make AR another time then will try to include your 20.

Well I'm glad that everyone made it back home safe and sound.

I was there and even drove to the hotel but I couldn't find anyone and I left your number at home Chris!

Maybe next time everyone will be able to come and we will have a Big ole Party.

Hot was an understatement.

Chris I agree with everything you said, but saying it was hot is like saying the pope is just a catholic. With that said, man the show has grown over the years. I still recall when it was held in one of the "out" buildings, but it sure was nice. Unfortunatly the one thing I was looking for hand't appeared yet. Guess Kel-Tec is taking its time.

I think the most fun was finding out that Chris has an interesting accent, dont sound like no yankee I've ever heard. Must be a different part of PA.

Below is the picture of five of us, and I'll leave it up to Chris to remember all the names as I have a serious disease called CRS and besides Chris not a single name stuck, but it sure was nice to be able to say hello to all of ya'al and it was well worth the road trip.

See ya'al again another time.

Steve
