I spent 20 years in the Navy and never heard the SeaBees referred to as sailors in marine uniforms. Welcome from Rocky Top Tennessee.

 I was a Nuclear Propulsion Mechanic while on active duty, but during my reserve time I was attached to NMCB-5 (Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Five, for the uninitiated) and other units. While I was with NMCB-5 I spent a 10 month stint in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in 1990 and 1991, and had numerous short deployments to the Western Pac. Good to "see another bee" onboard.

Well Chief i must tell yah the navy is a whole new corpaorate affiliate we have completely changed since my dad retired in 1998 everything is different and not to correct anyone but we won't get marine digital camo until fy 07, then your statement will be complete.
