New from Texas
I've been a LEO in Central Texas for over 20 years. As usual, started in patrol for 6 years, went to SWAT for 5 years, promoted to Det. and went straight to Narcotics/Organized Crime Unit 3 years, and have been a Sgt. for the past 7 years.
I wasn't born in Texas but you can't really hold that against me, it was sort of "out of my hands".(got here as soon as I could) Grew up all over the country as a military child.(routine story) I overwhelmingly favor the 1911 platform pistol as a duty and carry weapon, just personal preference. Hope to learn and share some experiences.
