Greetings From Central Florida...
Greetings from the Gainesville, Florida Area...
I am a retired school superintendent who relocated to Florida about five years ago. This is a great place to live...finally...a state legislature that worries more about the honest citizen than the common criminal. I certainly don't miss shoveling snow,  I was a daily viewer of another site for many years, but during the last 1-2 years the site became very negative...  ...I quit adding to the conversations, but still appreciated the individual state info.A short time back, this site was mentioned and described as a well organized and informative place to find a plethera of topics. I was not disappointed, and I have been visiting for a week or two now...the site is well managed...  !I am still trying to figure out how to move around and set up: pictures, quotes, titles, etc...takes time I guess. I enjoy Kimbers and Hogs...and it only took me 32 years to convince my wife of 35 years to get HER CCW permit. She now enjoys shooting and riding...what more could a guy ask for?????  I look forward to profitable interaction and infor gathering. Enjoy your day!  Ret... |

Welcome to the forum Ret. I am also from central florida. Orlando/Tampa. I have been a member for only about 1-2 weeks and almost every day i find a reason to reply or post a topic im curious about. Although... Im pretty dissapointed in the moderators.. not one welcomed me! (No one did formally welcome me, (except Bumper) but its not really an issue. I enjoy the site regardless and just wanted to add that to yank the moderators' chains.) Hope to see ya on the threads!
