Hello, I stumbled across this site while doing some research and liked what I saw. I would just like to introduce myself, and extend my gratitude towards this site.

I am 20 years old, and I currently live in San Jose, CA. I will be moving to Austin,Texas later this year to play baseball (now you can see why I was doing some research).

From what I understand, in California is is near impossible to get a CCW unless you are a police officer or a Federal Judge. Now, in Texas, is it a lot different, and I look forward to the change of rules once I move.

I have been collecting guns since I was 16 (Great Grandfather was in WWII and when he died I got his guns from the war. (M1 Garand and Colt .45) War used and he had 11 confirmed kills (not bragging)

Anyway, I turn 21 in april, and currently have in my possesion about 5 firearms, I am glad I can come here and see what experienced CCW holders have to say.
