Hey, Z&H. Climb aboard ... the discussions are great.

More Oregonians, that's what we need! Well, more Oregonians carrying, that's for sure.

Nice looking pair of LCP's, there! You'll have to do a "range report" with some photos, after you've flogged them the first couple of times. It'll be nice to hear of actual experiences with these new pistols.

Right now, we have the Golden Sabres as the first 4 rounds, and regular FMJ as the last two. I've heard a couple times that it's good to have your first rounds as max stopping power, followed by a couple FMJ's for max penetration after the impact (as the GS likely won't go in and out). I'm sure many think that that is total bunk--but I'd love to hear opinions anyway...

This chart was interesting, most of you have probably seen it; GS looks good according to this guy's test, but they were also the only defensive round I could find locally in stock.

JonInNY, did you have a hard time finding the LCP? How long have you had it? There's not a store here that is able to get them; we got our's online.

Thanks! I'm encouraged by all these friendly responses...

Aw man, I am jealous. I can't even get one LCP and you have two. Maybe if I become your new best friend you will let me shoot it?

OldGranpa's tests are great, and when you do the 2-3 conversion his tests, mimic jello.

Stay with the Golden Saber.

Oh ya welcome to the forum
