Hello from Erie County, NY
Hi folks,
How's it going? Looks like you guys have a great site here. I'm a law student in Buffalo and am looking to get my carry permit in Erie County, NY. I have heard that the judge(s) who approves the permits in this county is very averse to making them unrestricted, and tends to approve them for target practice and hunting only. I was wondering if there is any non-law enforcement officer from Erie County on this website who has managed to get an unrestricted permit in the county? Any tips or advice you could give me would be appreciated because I want the permit for self-defense, and having those restrictions makes the permit pretty much worthless. |
