Welcome from Rochester. Mind saying what County issued your unrestricted permit and whether you got it immediately or had the restrictions removed from a permit that was previously restricted?

I live in NY and my license doesn't have any restrictions on it....my Florida non-resident license I mean :).
Congrats! Just stay out of NYC and you'll be o.k.
