My instructor told our class the same thing. I do not know of anyone in SC that has gotten it any faster.

Thanks everyone, for all the welcomes.
jp3276 and Lemmon: Thanks for the feed back on the SC permits. Looks like mine won't be coming until around Thanksgiving then.  Well at least I'll have something welse to be thankfull for.
