Greetings!
Hello all,
Been browsing the forums for the past few days trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can. I'm currently in the process of acquiring my CPL here in WA state, and tomorrow after updating my DL I'll be able to submit my application come Monday. I've been looking at smaller revolvers, specifically the S&W 442/642 and or Ruger SP101, for my first CCW. I'd like to primarily carry with an ankle holster, either a galco, renegade, or alessi (though haven't decided on this yet). I also own a 5" tactical XD 9mm, however feel it'd be a bit too big for CCW as I'm 5'7" 160 lbs. Though maybe if I picked up a galco classic lite shoulder rig or miami classic, it'd be more feasible for carry (wish I'd have gotten either a compact or SC instead of the full-size). All carry would be strictly off-duty, as BUG's aren't currently allowed at my department for my position. Anyways, just wanted to formally introduce myself. |
