open carry is legal in minnesota. what we get is a permit to carry. this makes open or concealed carry allowable.
i usually cc but will oc depending what is up and where i am going. the nice part is that i don't have to be concerned if it shows or not. When there is a leo around, much less stressful for all if it is not visible.
what surprised me was when i oc that more people don't seem to react to it. is it because they assume law enforcement or does it not even register?

Even if it was legal to OC, I still would not.

OC is allowed in Michigan, however I would never do it. I prefer the idea of surprise if I ever have to draw my weapon.

Open carry is legal in PA. However, I have not had the guts to do it yet. I may get one of my buddies to open carry with me one day just to judge the reaction of the people who happen to notice.

I support the right to OC, I choose not too because I do beleive it moves you to the front of Johnny Crud's "who to shoot first" list. I do OC when I am out in the woods or back trails where a bear is not likely to try to shoot me first.
