I don't know who put this thing together but I wish I could have suggested that they not refer to CCW as a priviledge. They also could have cited the state supreme court ruling where the judges called on the state to clarify the gun laws.

I think there is some restrictions. If I remember correctly you have to reside in the state for something like 10 days.
