I don't get it. What's the difference between no gun and an unloaded gun?

Hi EdC,

I don't think this is a good idea at all. They are advertiing that there will be a lot of unloaded weapons in one place on July 4th at a certain time. Seems like some bad guys that would like to get some weapons would love to have that info.
I am not against guns in church, but this is not the way to do it. |

"and private security will check visitors"
Just another publicity stunt. He is paying for armed guards, but forcing law abiding citizens to unload. This guy is not doing the gun community any favors. |

Sound like a perfect "gun-free zone" to me...a perfect place to steal a lot of guns.

I agree. What point do unloaded guns make? When I was a kid, many churches in my area would get together to burn rock and roll records. Again, pointless.

Might as well be a hammer since it's unloaded.
