In NC, yes -- unless the bank has a "No Guns" sign posted.

Don't usually OC but have with no problems at: WalMart, Several stores in my local Mall, Church, Various Restaurants in my area.

OC'ed almost all week except for today(went to Florida to gander mountain looking for ammo, found some 9mm and 40S&W at wally world :) )

* 4th of July weekend carnival, with families and kids wandering around.

Of course, I live in northern Nevada. if I'd done this 20 miles west of here, in California, I probably would have been arrested several times and had my gun seized. <wry grin>

My latest non-incident was at the blood donation center today. They obviously saw my 1911, but not a word was said. I've CCed in the donation center every time I've been there, but wasn't wearing a jacket today, and didn't want to leave my gun in the car.

Non-incidents are the norm for me. I can't exactly recall the last time somebody said something negative to me about my gun.
