Same here in NC, haven't had a problem at any of them. One guy in lumber sees me coming and goes "Hey Bunny! Building another target stand?" Gotta love Lowes.

Not trying to be a jerk -- but this is a personal pet peeve

Cops, LEO of any kind (except MP's and other military cops) are civilians.

If you don't fall under the military code of justice you are a civilian.

cops are specialized civilians: like EMT's, fireman etc

I am also a manager at Lowes and we have no policy prohibiting anyone from carrying inside the store.

I still haven't heard anything back. Who would be the best person to contact to make sure this gets corrected in the future?

Best buy is another story huh Bunny.

Glad to hear the official store policy for future OC trips. I normally go to home depot any way, its closer and cc.

Where I live it's hard to find an employee to help you at Lowe's.
I've been known to shout, "hello, does anyone work here, I need help."
Maybe you've hit on the solution, you found an employee actually working.

The Lowes we have here, at least the 3 I know of are pretty decent, easy to find someone working. HD, on the other hand, you need to make a lot of noise and maybe you'll find someone. I like concealed, because when I am sent to the store, I would not have to stop and go to another store and get frustrated just to get back home for more projects.

I got an email back from corporate stating their policy, basically the generic one others have posted... what I'm more interested in is the certified letter I got from them today that I missed.

I'll have to get it tomorrow because I have to sign for it.
