A civilian under international humanitarian law is a person who is not a member of his or her country's armed forces. The term is also often used colloquially to refer to people who are not members of a particular profession or occupation, especially by law enforcement agencies, which often use rank structures similar to those of military units.

I never shop at Lowes , I can't stand that fact that all of the signs have both English and spanish on them. This is America, not mexico.

I shop exclusively at Home Depot for all of my building material needs.

I'll be honest I didn't think PA had open carry but, I am glad to hear since my Virginia and/or Florida non res. CCW is good in PA. I spend a lot of time in PA.

Be carefull with that statement!

In many states a separate license is required to be an "Armed Security Officer", and the rules are usually much more strict than they are for CCW or Open Carry.
