Power Point Primer for Terry stops and open carry

Thanks to Bumper for re-hosting this Power Point presentation.

It's State specific (Michigan), but covers the law on Terry stops & OC, as applied in VA, also.

BTW -- the "where to carry" is different here.

I expect most OC States are about the same on Terry Stops.
