I carry my weapon on my belt (IWB) so I don't really look for a vest that has a gun compartment... that said, look at Duluth Trading company and also Orvis.

I have four that I wear at work every day.One is the Sigtac, it is a little heavy but nice. I work at my own business and always carry. I really don't care much if someone THINKS I am CC. They are confortable, they are warm, and they carry a lot of STUFF. And we all know, you can't have enough STUFF.

I have a 5.11 black tactical. I love it actually, its perfect for a PC tech guy like myself, pockets for all kinds of tools, plus carry junk. I do wish sometimes it were a little less tactical though.

I am going to have to modify it I think, or, find someone who can do this kinda of stuff. I find that having a pistol in the inside carry pockets isn't as easy as I thought it might be. since it has Velcro only on one side, the pistol tends to "roll" down. It needs Velcro on both sides of the internal pocket, to help the vest "keep its shape" so to speak. That or buy a light gun.

How about some pics gents? I've actually tried some of my "biker" vests but they are all cut to high in the back to conceal even IWB.
