None of those you listed in the poll.
I think the best one to carry is the SureFire E2E! ![]()

With the choices you have given the 6P LED, but I really like the G2 LED myself it basically the same as the 6P it just not aluminum. But both are great lights. good luck choosing.

The second generation L1 is perfect for EDC pocket carry, though the L2 is a very close second. The two stage instensity is just right, and the battery life exceptional.

I have a L4 and I'm very happy with it. One of the guys at Guns & more (local shop) pulled a couple from the case and let me take it into their unfinished utility area of the building. I tried 3-4 lights, and he said just try all the models I've got." (It was a slow morning at the store.) So after trying every surefire model- One was brighter and suited my needs best. I actually didnt know which it was until I went back into the lighted part of the building. Needless to say- L4.

Just ordered an L4. My "around town" light has been a E2E, but when clipped onto a front pocket, and when you actually get something from that pocket, it can drop to the ground occasionally. I like the extra ruggedness of the LED.

Another vote for the E2E. Slimmer than the G2/6P series, plus a pocket clip and a click switch tailcap. I think it's the best combo of light and money. The L2 is a great choice as well but it was just a little too expensive for me to carry around, lend out, etc.

My EDC flashlight is a G2Z. I'm very happy with it. Also have quite a few G2s stashed around the house and in both vehicles. I think a G3 would be a good choice for an always-in-the-vehicle light.

Z-2
I own a P-6 and wish I had the Z-2, as it is easier to handle while shooting. The tail cap on/off switch and finger groove are great for even two handed shooting and flashlight use. |

E2D
I picked none of the above. I like the E2D Executive Defender, makes a nice impact tool as well.
