I carry an E2D, it's a great light and has a strike bezel on the top that works as an impact tool. I really like it.

I replied "6P" because it's the only one in the poll with which I have personal experience; the others listed probably are good. The 6P is a very tough little light, able to take hard knocks, but not as hard as the M-series lights. I lost or misplaced my 6P long ago, however, and now use the M2 Centurion, M3 Millenium, L7, and 8N. The M2 Centurion is notably handy to tote because of its pocket clip.

I have a 6P and like it a lot. were I to buy another I would probably buy a 6P LED, because of the price of replacement batteries. I bought my 6P a long time ago, there was no choice for LED. I have other LED lights that are not as nice as the Surefire, but they each serve their purpopse.

I started off with a G2, then went E2D, them M4, then A2, and now I carry the L1.

I like having a low and high setting, very small, only uses 1 battery, and lasts a long time and the bright is bright enough for most situations. My favorite light so far.

Almost forgot, before I started using Surefire, I used to use those big Maglites. I will never go back. The Surefire beam is soooo much better, and you don't have to adjust it. Always perfect.

I use two. A Blackhawk Sentinel PL-1 (1 watt LED, aluminum castellated bezel, belt/cap clip, click tail cap) is small, light, and has a long run time. My other is a Shurefire G2 with the 120 lumen bulb (forget about run time, this is bright). I'm waiting for high output LED's to come down in price a bit, but I think they're the future.

I use a G2 with the 120 lumen upgrade...you can't beat the package for the price... I am very happy with it.
