Help finding an Everyday Bag
I am looking for a messenger style bag to carry all my stuff everyday,, like flashlight, binocs, gun, and also computer/papers.
It needs to be 1. large enought to carry a computer 2. Has to have many pockets 3. importantly a concealed dept, ie a velcro holster. 4. Messenger style bag - not a laptop bag but that kind of style with a canvas type of look to it. I check out the battle bag and a rifle bug out bag, those would have been perfect but they didn't have enought pockets, just magazine pockets. I will probably end up going with one of them unsless someone can help me find exactly what i am looking for. Thanks. |

What about something from Maxpedition?
here's one that might fit your requirements MPB™ - Bags/Cases - MAXPEDITION HARD-USE GEAR® (Home of the Rollypoly™ Folding Dump Pouch) (it can be found cheaper on other sites)

Thanks. I checked that one out, actually ordered a versipack but it was too small and chunky. I am looking for something that would appear very casual. A messenger bag with a flap covering the pockets. The problem with that bag is that it's not a messenger and appears more tactical in nature. Looking for somehting that has all of those features on the maxpedition but appears to be a just a messenger bag aka man bag.

Look no further than Eagle
Eagle Industries - Courier Bag, LE Their stuff is made in the USA and is just about the best made available. It is also "low profile" and doesn't look like a gun bag.

I really like my computer bag, and it's got an outside zip pocket handy for your gun it also has an outside velcro pocket that would be good for that too. It's got nice pockets inside, good zippers, and has been a great bag. Highly recommend.

May I suggest a Timbuk2 bag?
Timbuk2 Bags - Timbuk2I have been using the Large Laptop Messger for my daily commute to work. I can carry my computer, paper work, umbrella, PDA, phone, spare light weight jacket and my lunch. Check out the web site... They have a lot of bags to choose from.

I'm carrying a large Saddleback Leather Briefcase in dark coffee brown. Last bag you'll ever need.
