Safe Q's
I am looking at getting a 24 gun stack on safe from Dicks for $500 and some change but I dont realy care for the interior setup, not enough shelving and too much long gun room for what I currently have and what I plan on buying in the near future. I have 3 long guns and 3 XD's but plan on getting an AR, Varmit rifle and maybe a shotgun for hunting. Anyways my question is could a person that is fairly handy with fabrication remove the shelves that come with it and install custom interior, say room for maybe 8 long guns and the rest shelves?
Thanks Gomer

I'm not sure what a '24 gun stack on safe' is...and yes, interiors can be changed pretty easily.

I would say if you are pretty handy with some wood work or know someone who is, go for it! The interior in my Red Head has some nice big shelves and it's pretty simply put together. It would probably only take a jig saw and a scroll saw, some interior carpet from Auto Zone and some harware from Lowe's and you'll be good to go!
