Woolrich Elite Concealed Carry Shirts

These shirts are on sale at MidwayUSA for $39.99 each thru the month of May. They are listed as "Elite 4-Pocket Discreet Short Sleeve Shirt" in 4 colors and 4 sizes, and are meant to be worn untucked.

The cut is generous, so you can order your normal size, and best of all, I think, the shirts are 100% cotton.

I bought one in dark green, shown here:

The picture seems to indicate the shirts are tapered. Is that so? Does that hinder your CCW?

So what makes these any more special than your general run of the mill button up shirt?

Yes, the pic is somewhat misleading. The shirt is not tapered.

Absolutely nothing. I just happen to like the style. I simply thought that some members might be interested in an alternative carry garment option.

I'm not telling you you have to buy one. I don't own any Midway or Woolrich stock.

The bottom sides and front open quickly with the use of velcro, so you can access your firearm and/or magazines on your belt.

A while back one of the big shooter's supply places had them on sale for under $30, probably last year's stock, and I picked up several. I really like them. They are kind of tapered, but not in a way that compromises CCW. They are a tad tight in the shoulders, but not in a confining way, and the cut makes it much less likely they will billow out in a breeze. Plus it doesn't look like I'm wearing a poncho.

I might have to go with a shirt like that, thanks Captain for sharing this info. I like the 4 pockets concept, I may have to slip my NAA .22 magnum mini revolver in one of the bottom pockets.
