Sig Pro Shop
I tried to get some stuff from Sig's store and ran into an interesting dilemma. You have to spend at least $20.00 online or at least $30.00 on the phone or they won't even sell to you. The shipping is also 14.95 for a $5.00 hat.
At first I thought no problem, spending twenty bucks at the Sig store should be easy. Well, everything I was interested in was "Temporarily out of stock". No mags for my 220, none of the shirts I liked etc. So, anyone interested in going in on anything with me? I'll ship it back out at "actual" cost. Holdcard |

Will they let you go ahead and order the out of stock items and send them to you at a later date?

I didn't ask directly, but the guy I talked to didn't mention it and I did ask him for options. The only option he indicated was wait until they are in stock. I expected a little more from Sig after hearing about their great customer service. The warranty division may be a lot better than the store division.

Er, is there any other place you can get the items you want? I can't see shopping somewhere that basically tells you how much you have to buy.

All I really wanted is a hat (the one they're closing out) and a few of their stickers. I haven't really looked that hard elsewhere. I just never anticipated this attitude/policy from them.

I can't really speak to the Sig Store issue other than to say that I would think they would make it right as Reborn said and ship when restocked. And I do like the 4th Man thing. Did you know that when the 3 came out He stayed in to be with us when we go thru the fires again.

I have found Sig really awful to deal with, their customer service is atrocious.
