Blackbear Flashlights are the only ones I know of that can start fires.

I've had one of these for just over a year and it has been reliable to this point and on turbo (180 Lumens) it is exceptionally bright. The thing that made me choose this one was that it uses standard AA batteries. Put it on strobe and it would disorient the heck out of someone.
