BUMP!
Just an update to my own post awhile ago...
I haven't picked up the Surefire E1B yet, but did pick up a Fenix LD10, mainly because I wanted to see how it differed from the Surefire, beyond the obvious anyway. It's my current EDC mainly because of size and capability, but it's not without issues. There have been a few times when it won't come on when needed (so you have to fiddle with it a bit), and the included holster is already starting to fray and split. Otherwise it seems to be a decent little light. Once I pick up the E1B the Fenix will live in my wife's purse. I also modded a 2C Maglite to use a brighter bulb with 3 CR123 batteries. Very nice nightstand light. |

I don't carry a light with me 24/7, but when I do it's a SF 6p. Soon to get the Malkoff drop in to crank that puppy up to 235 lumens... sweet!

Streamlight Stylus Pro.. Yes I have brighter lights, usually one in the car, and toolbox, but this one gets carried the most. Small light a pen, lightweight, on/off switch, 25lumens.. works for me. My favorite light actually,

Maglite 2 AA LED. It's bright enough and the price is right. LED lights are the best. I also like lights that use standard batteries. I use it all the time, so I need batteries that I can change out, plus I use rechargables.

I carry a surefire E2L at all times. It's a pretty tough light, plenty of drops and still works great. I also keep a 2 D maglight in between my passenger seat and console. Mostly just for a when I go offroading, but could certianly be used as a deterrent.

It varies. 99% of the time a custom McGizmo PD-S.
When I want a bigger light, I'll carry my e2e (with KX2C bezel) or my Gladius. I also have an ArcAAA on my keychain, and a Fenix L2P in a pocket organizer in my pack. |

I carry a Fenix L1Tv2 on my keychain (Along with a HAK). Under 4", end cap on/off, 98/16 lumens, & only uses 1XAA battery (Although I use enolopes).
I used to carry a Fenix P1 on my keychain (90 lumens), but if the CR123 battery goes out, it might not be so easy to find a replacement quickly. I really should get one of those super duper supersonic lumen LED light someday, but my home light is my trusty rechargable Maglite (IIRC, 190 lumens), backed up by a NovaTac 120T & a Streamlight TRL on my house gun (A Glock 19).
