I agree with you Stunt. Its either that one of the Fenix LD20
https://www.fenix-store.com/product_...roducts_id=362 Price is about the same, and both use the 18650 rechargable battery. I really like the TA 21 for the same reason, but its a tad pricy for my taste. https://www.fenix-store.com/product_...oducts_id=1641 |

The TA21 is a little long for me... the TK12, or a malkoff-modded 6P would be my other choices

I can agree with that. Only drawback to me with the TK12 is the 123 batteries. I would prefer a rechargable. I guess the TK11 would foot the bill, but no strobe.
What can I say, im spoiled. |

Surefire C2 Centurion.
Works beautifully, and has since Iraq. Almost indestructible.

EDC is a Surefire e2d defender but also have a Fenix tk10, i like the brightness of the fenix better but the e2d is a tough little flashlight thats why i carry it.

River Rock LED. Purchased at Target for $24. Very small and plenty bright. 1 AA battery.

It was a surefire E1B but I found that too slippery. Nice light but it was hard to hold and activate with my thumb. For now I'm using a fenix P1D I've had for years. It's tiny and VERY bright and was left in the bed of a truck, dropped out on the road and run over multiple times and my son found it on the road and it still works great.
I'm now on the hunt for my new EDC light. I'm looking at two: 1. Novatac; love them but hate the clip! 2. Ra Clicky; expensive but i like the clip since you can get either of two styles. I like to be able to clip the light to the underside of a baseball cap bill. If anyone has inputs on either of these two lights I'd love to hear from you; especially the Ra Clicky. |
