Crimson Trace Customer Service

Last week when we got the wife's 642, with the CT laser grip, Chris could not find the box that the laser grip came in.

Today I went out looking for some allen wrenches that were small enough to fit the adjustment screws in the grip. Well I didn't find any that looked like they were small enough.

So I pick up the phone and call CT and ask the guy what size wrench it takes. He tells me and then says good luck finding one. I told him I was just waiting for the guy who sold me the grip to find the box and drop it off at my office. He tells me that he will send me out a accessory kit and went ahead and signed me up for the warranty, and put me on the batteries for life program. This means that once a year you can call them and they will send you a new set of batteries. He is also going to throw in the newest cataloge for CT.

That is pretty good customer service in my book.

For Crimson Trace.

When you said he told you good luck finding one I thought it was going down hill from there....great. Makes me more at ease about buying from them in the future.

I'm not surprised, CT has always had a good reputation for customer service but I am going to see if I can get on that "Batteries For Life" program though!

It's great to hear how Crimson Trace supports it's customers in the "after the sale" department.

I hope I never need to make use of their Customer Service Department, but I will rest assured that they will treat me right if I ever do need them.

Do you need to buy directly from Crimson Trace, or do they provide the same customer service for their vendors (like Cabella's and Bass Pro)?
