... let me add that I am a firm believer in lasers. Between my wife and I, we own 18 handguns. 16 of them are equipped with lasers. The two that are not are P22 Walthers that we use mainly for plinking, not self defense. Our list of defensive firearms is:
Mine:
Colt Defender Laser .45 ACP (carried in shoulder holster in cold weather)
Glock 30SF Laser .45 ACP (Highly modified... it is my CHL qualification firearm.)
S&W 442 SAF (new unfired .38 spec +P)
S&W 360PD Laser .357 mag (Primary carry firearm)
S&W 442 Laser .38 spec +P (Kept in console of my Honda Accord)
Ruger LCR Laser .38 spec +P (Kept in the console of my GMC truck)
Ruger LCP Laser .380 ACP (Primary carry with athletic shorts)
Ruger GP100 Laser .357 mag (owned this one since 1987 - no longer carry)
Ruger SP101 Laser .357 mag (removed from safe and placed next to bed every night)
Ruger SP101 Laser .327 Fed Mag (just purchased on Gunbroker yesterday. Liked the wife's .327 but not a Taurus fan))

All above guns are kept in a locked safe unless they are being used as described above

Cindy's:
Springfield XD Sub-compact Laser .40 S&W
S&W 360 Pink Laser .38 spec +P
Taurus Ultra-Lite Pink Laser .38 spec +P
Charter Arms Pink Lady Laser .38 spec +P
Taurus Model 327 Laser .327 Fed Mag
Ruger LCP Laser .380 ACP

My wife is not normally a "pink" girl. However, she thinks that IF she ever has to shoot someone, and they survive, word will get out pretty quickly that they were shot by a girl with a pink gun. They will be bubba's girlfriend by night fall.

the nicest thing about a light is that it can go EVERYWHERE with you...a courthouse, a post office, a plane, an elementary school, a mental ward.

....you know, just in case.

My tac light is an integral part of my "tool kit!" I don't have a light mounted to my pistol 24/7 but I do use it frequently.

I do attach it to my bedroom gun every night which I keep it in the top drawer of dresser about 1 foot away from me at night.

I also carry a 120 lumen led hand held flashlight for EDC. It has more uses than the gun mounted tac light.

I usually carry two lights (sometimes more if it is dark or going to be). My AR and 870 have lights on them. I have a light that will mount onto one of my handguns, but I don't use it for that purpose. I prefer non WML for handguns.

Procyon on the pistol every night. EDC a Fenix L1DCE, or a Novatac 85T.

Great thread! I have a laser on my G19 nite stand gun but looking to get a Fenx L10 for EDC. Agree with WML don't want to point my gun at something I don't want to shoot since 99.9% of the time will be nothing or a kid, dog. Also at work can't carry weapons but a lite is ok so can help with stricking/temp blinding.. Etc
