The Fenix E20 is just about the size of a Mini Maglite 2AA. It will even fit in the same holsters. The Surefire E series lights are all a bit thicker because they are sized around CR123A cells, not AA.

Chooie,
I have several Fenix's and several Surefires (all modded to be many times better than manufactured), but I think you should also take a look at the Olight M20 Warrior R2 Premium as well. It is like a Surefire/Fenix hybrid on steroids. Olight M20 Warrior PREMIUM Tactical LED Flashlight w. Cree R2 - 250 Lumens!

I have been very impressed with my Surefire G2. Just a nice, tough basic light that will work 100% and doesn't do the sudden cut-off if the batteries get a bit weak.

I carry the Fenix LD20. It's powered by 2AA batteries (a plus), high power mode (180 lumens for two hours), strobe mode, Mid Power mode (90 lumens for 8 hours) and low power mode (20 lumens for 40 hrs or something).
