Crimson Trace Laser grips work very well on my S&W.

I have the Taurus 605 in stainless....so the front sight would have to be milled out....I am rethinking investing this much money into it.....any one actually done this to the Taurus 605 or 85?

I had Evolution Gun Works cut a dovetail into my Taurus 817 and instal a fiber optic tube. Very quik to see in daylight. Not cheap but worth it.

Hamilton Bowen (Bowen Classic Arms, Louisville, Tn.) is a Master Revolver Smith. He introduced the retrofit of alloy j-frames with sights you could SEE a few years ago. I think he even has R/L offsets available to adjust mis-aligned POA. He's exclusive, expensive, backlogged...and as good as there is. He may have some options available for snubbie night sights.
