CopsPlus.com

I placed an order last week with CopsPlus.Com and they said their computer for inventory was down. They advised me the Galco merchandise would ship by Monday (09/28/09). They said they would not charge the credit card until shipping. Bottom line - merchandise is back ordered and the credit card was immediately charged. Found the same story for CopsPlus at the 1911 forum. Now I'm working with the Credit Card company to resolve the matter.

So boys and girls, be careful with this outfit.

These guys are pretty terrible, as seen above. Be sure to always check resellerratings.com before submitting your order anywhere! :)

Ordered from these jokers once and I'll never purchase anything from them again. They advised me that everything I wanted was in stock and would be sent. 2 weeks went by, I called and they said one item I ordered was backordered. I asked them why didn't they e-mail or call me to let me know. No answer. I finally got the order and vowed to NEVER order from them again! Bunch of liars.

Buyer beware!!

Same Thing!

The same thing but! I live in Canada. I ordered $160 for holster and mag pouches. I did get a good deal, or did I. First it took two months to get my order. It sat at customs and I had to pay $35 duty on $160. I have no problem with this I know customs can be long some times. I open the box I only have the holster $80 but paid duty on $160. I call them. They sent me the mag pouches; they apologized and said they would send me a gift card with the shipment for all of the duty and %10 on my next order "OK". WELL I get the second box about a month later; I had to pay duty on $160 again. They used the same billing sheet. I got my mag pouches but no gift card. Called several times got passed around like a "street worker" on a Friday night. After that I was avoided like the plague. I was not happy to say they lest. You learn from those mistakes. I now know not to buy from these guys.

Perhaps you should email them and let them know that you have just passed on their poor business practices to 33,000 members of DC.com...

I am in the middle of a mess with these guys right now.

Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this "company." They list items on their webiste they may or may not have but charge your card right away. It took them two weeks to figure out they didn't have the Penguin light I ordered but never bothered to notify or refund my money. I had to call them direct to get any answers and it's been like pulling teeth to get my money refunded.

Stay away. I wish someone would have told me never to do business with them so I could have saved myself the time and energy.
