Belt Curve?
Hey,
I noticed today that my belt has a real curve to it when I hold it by the buckle and let it hang down. I put it on opposite of how I normaly do (Buckle on the other side) to maybe curve it back. What causes it? Does anyone do anything about it? Thanks,

Over time, most belts will curve to meet your body's natural contour. This is normal. You can buy some gun belts that already have the contour built in.

What type of belt is it. A good gun belt will be much more resistant to curving like that. I have the Beltman belt and have been wearing it for over a year and it has no curve at all in it. It's made of bulls hide which is much more dense than most other leather.

my beltman is curved now. i think it has a lot to do with your body shape. I wouldn't worry about it too much...and men are supposed to wear the tag of the belt on their left, so don't wear it upside down!

Leave the curve in.
Milt Sparks sells belts already pre-curved. |

Buying with the curve already in costs more than straight cause they fit better and use more material to make.

It is an amish made belt I bought from Hanks outdoors. I like it a lot.

Curved belt are why I never buy a "reversible" belt. In a gun belt, that just helps it hold to your side better.

I have two Beltman belts that've basically been a loose circle since the day they showed up. I try very hard not to bend them against the curve. Heck, if I take off my pants with the belt still in them, they look like clown pants because the belts will hold even my heavy jeans in a circle!
