Any lock / safe can be broken into. The only thing is how long it takes. Cheap models are quick, while better built ones take some more time. Granted your average BG is not going to know how to crack a safe (with combo) but it's not really that hard depending on model and number of back up locks...

I hope I am not too late. The lock doesn't have to be drilled, almost any locksmith can make a key from the number on the lock. I know...I am a locksmith and I have one of those cabinets.

Are you sure about that? When I looked it up on the Homak website, it said they can't make keys for locks that are stamped "HMCA" on the outside, which mine are.

I have several Duplicates of keys where the orginials are stamped do not duplicate.

I'm sure. Obsolete doesn't mean un-makeable. For example: Ford can't make you new car keys if your vehicle is older than 2001; a locksmith can.
