Reloading DefensiveCarry.com accepts no liability for reloading information posted by members. It is down to the individual posting to ensure safe standards and to readers to verify what they read - it is they finally who bear responsibility for useage of information. Remember - typos can occur!
We strongly recommend that in most cases quoted loads be derived from recognized loading manuals and if possible these should be referenced. Where loads do not have back-up reference data available, for instance with use of an unusual powder, then posters are asked to please detail their method for establishing their data. Irresponsible publishing of unsubstantiated ''guestimated'' data is deprecated and may be heavily moderated.

Scoop and beam scale for me. One of these days I'll have to upgrade to some nicer tools.

Nah 225.00 on sale for the combo unit. N actually it is 15 seconds or less, funny thing though I wanted to see just how low it would go and at .4 of a grain it was slower than when I had it dump a load for the .416 with out going up and looking I believe it was around 60 grains only took about 10 seconds. N you work the OT you deserve the toy.
BTY did that to a .416 case in the seating die, oops!

I have 2 .45acp rounds that look something like that. They were my two first reloads ever and I messed them both up before I figured out what I was doing wrong. I keep them on my reloading bench to remind myself to really pay attention.

Normally on on my rifle stuff I wieght/trickle every charge. In pistol & shotshell. I normally weigh every 5th load. It's more time consuming, but as a good friend of mine always says "Sometimes you've got to slow down & let your ***** catch up"
