Where is it showing impact on the round that isn't closing. There should be some indicators on the lead, or casing of what it is catching on.

Have you mic'ed all the dimensions of your reloaded ammo. What type of lead are you using, what type of brass?

There has to be some indicators somewhere in the measurements or marks on the rounds.

its not impacting on case or lead ,its when extractor hits rim it wont go around ,thats why i thought maybee light loads not sending slide all the way back,so it dosent have enough force to push extractor past rim

What does your crimp measure? For 45 Auto it should be .469-.470".

Take the barrel out of the gun. Drop a round in. Goes in all the way?

This happens with only handloads?

Crimp should be bullet diameter (.451) plus case thickness at the mouth x2. Usually is .469-.470.

At any rate if you are crimping at .466 I don't think that is the issue at hand but still an issue I will address.

I would back off the crimp, as the normal case thickness is .0095 or .019 plus the .451 bullet diameter. Taking the thickness of the case x2 (for both sides) off the .466 crimp measurement leaves you with a .447 bullet diameter.

You are swaging the bullet down to a smaller size. The bullet will not seal (obturate) in the bore and gases will leak ahead of it and you will get leading all to hell, assuming you are using lead. Lead bullets need to be sized to groove diameter or .001" over that in order to not lead the bore.

Let's work on the feeding issue first, then we can worry about bullet travel/leading.

I'm a little stuck.

i thought maybee loads were just to light for this gun so i beefed up the loads to 8.8 it was better but still not working right
My Hodgdon 2004 manual states the 45 Auto with 230gr FMJ and HS6 is 8-8.2gr and lead has a 8gr max charge listed. Same with the 2007 manual. The Hornady #7 manual states 8.7gr max but with longer OALs. Check your data. Are you seeing pressure sign?

If you are loading 8.8gr HS6 with 1.200" OAL that is a .45 Super load from Hodgdon.
